For restaurants & cafés in Dubai

More Google reviews for your Dubai restaurant. One tap, at the table.

The ServiceWire card sits on your table in Dubai. Guests tap it to open your menu, join your Wi-Fi, pay, or leave a Google review. No app for them. No subscription for you.

Book a 10-minute demo

We bring a working card to your venue. No slides.

The ServiceWire NFC tap card for restaurants, shown face-up

Tonight your dining room fills up.

The food lands well.

They tell the table next to them.

Then they pay, stand up, and leave.

A guest is happiest while they are still sitting at your table. Once they walk out of the door, that review is gone — and it does not come back tomorrow.

One card. Four jobs.

It stays on the table. Everything a guest needs is one tap away.

01

View the menu from the table

Your menu opens on their phone the second they tap. Change it whenever you like — the card never needs reprinting.

02

Leave a Google review

The tap opens your Google review page directly. No searching for your listing, no typing your venue name.

03

Pay at the table

Guests settle the bill from their own phone, at their own pace, without waiting for the machine to come around.

04

Join the Wi-Fi

No password on a chalkboard, no asking a server. One tap connects them.

Works on iPhone and Android. A printed QR code on the card covers any phone without NFC.

Set up once. Then forget it.

Step 1

We encode it

You send your menu, your Wi-Fi and your Google review link. We encode the card and build your tap page in Dubai.

Step 2

It lands on your tables

Delivered across the UAE and the GCC. Put it where the bill goes — that is where it works hardest.

Step 3

You change it any time

New menu, new link, new offer. We update the tap page and the same card keeps working.

Proof

The first ServiceWire cards are on tables in Dubai right now.

Produced for Passion Jewellers, Dubai. Designed, encoded and delivered by ServiceWire under UAE trade licence 1636278. As of 3 August 2026 we take on a small number of Dubai venues at a time, so each one gets set up properly.

Questions

What is an NFC Google review card?

A physical card with an NFC chip inside, kept on the table or counter. When a guest taps it with their phone, your Google review page opens instantly — no app, no QR scanning, no searching for your business name. The ServiceWire card also opens your menu, your Wi-Fi and pay-at-table from the same tap.

Does it work for salons, spas and shops — or only restaurants?

Any venue with walk-in customers. The first ServiceWire cards went to a Dubai jewellery house. Reviews, Wi-Fi and payment work the same anywhere; the menu button simply becomes your services or price list.

How does an NFC card get me more Google reviews?

It removes the steps between a happy guest and your review page. Instead of opening Google, searching for your venue and picking the right listing, they hold their phone near the card and your review page opens. The ask happens while they are still at the table, which is when they are most willing.

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. NFC is built into iPhone and Android. They hold their phone near the card and a link appears. Nothing to install, no account to create. Every card also carries a printed QR code as a fallback for older phones.

Can guests pay at the table with it?

Yes. Pay-at-table opens the bill on the guest's own phone so they can settle up without waiting for a card machine. It is set up per venue as part of your tap page.

How is this different from a QR code menu?

A printed QR code does one thing and is fixed the day you print it. It's a contactless digital menu and nothing more. The ServiceWire card does four — menu, review, pay, Wi-Fi — from one tap, and every destination stays editable without reprinting anything. Guests also tap rather than open a camera app and line up a scan. Think of it as the tap-card alternative to a QR code menu.

Is there a subscription?

No. The card is yours, the chip is disclosed on your invoice, and cards are handed over unlocked. There is no monthly fee to keep it working.

Where do you deliver?

Cards are encoded in Dubai and delivered across the UAE and the GCC, and to the Netherlands. As of 3 August 2026, setup, encoding and delivery are included with every card.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many tables you are covering and whether you want pay-at-table set up. We will give you a straight number on the demo call. It takes ten minutes and there is nothing to sign.

Ten minutes. A real card in your hand.

Tell us your venue and we will bring a working card, set it up on one table, and you can watch a guest use it.

Opens WhatsApp with your details filled in. Or email orders@servicewire.shop.

One company. Four things we make.

The tap card is what this page is about. These are the other three, built the same way: set up on your own accounts, paid for once, explained honestly.
