1. What we sell

Physical NFC cards, encoded per order, with the ServiceWire tap page set up using the links you give us. Prices shown at checkout are the whole price for the package chosen.

2. Orders and payment

Payment is processed by Ziina. Your order reference ties the payment to your WhatsApp setup thread. An order enters production once we have both payment and your setup details.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cards are made per order. You can cancel for a full refund any time before encoding begins. After encoding, we will always repair or replace defective work.

4. Your links, your card

Tap-page links stay editable without reprinting. Cards are handed over unlocked; the chip model appears on your invoice. If you leave, the card keeps working — rewrite it with any NFC app.

5. No guarantees of outcomes

We sell the mechanism, not the result: we do not promise review counts, ratings, or revenue.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's UAE trade licence.
